We the things of the Tophatian Union will join together, though leaving countries separate, will partly conjoin into a main governmental body to further unite the countries of Tophatia. We may have the Tophater, the main representative of the Tophatian Union, to represent us in world councils, and to approve of the secretaries' work. The Secretary of Wartime Command, to conduct the movement of troops throughout the battlefields of the Union and all foreign wars that may concern us. The Secretary of International Affairs, to judge, connect, and trade with the other countries of the globe and with the countries in spite: Blobfishia, Maruk’to, and Tophatia those of which reside in the Tophatian Union. The Secretary of Wildlife Preservation, to conduct the Tophat Parks, ensure the wildlife’s longevity, maintain the resources, and preserve the history of the Union. and maintain the many natural landmasses of the great Union. The Secretary of Treasury, to maintain the economy, maintain trade through the Union and foreign nations, and to keep our currencies strong and enable the mints. The Secretary of Science, to maintain the many science programs of the Union and ensure the advancements and funding of our science teams. The Archivist, to control the archives, and to maintain the history of the Union. The secretary of productivity, to maintain the many jobs, take part in overseeing the economy, and to assist in the works of cheese and citizens. The Judge of Cheese, to rule over those breaking international laws and to punish those of grievous crimes. May the many roles of the Tophatian Union be created and ensure the connection between the Tophatian Union.
