Amendment 1:
In trial of court, trials must follow the following regulations:
The judge or jury are to give the prosecution and defendant proper turn to speak and only when done may the judge/jury speak.
The judge is not to provide evidence to any one side, and must allow the defendant/prosecution the full roll of trial.
The judge may not show any signs of bias, and in cases the next in command is to take over.
A lawyer must be provided to those without one
A prosecution and defendant has the right to remain silent
A detective or any member part of any form of intelligence program must tell the man that all said can and will be used against them.
