Amendment 3:

Companies shall have the right to enforce a minimum production status upon the owner’s statement, with the statement being clear but said in any way. The workers must understand the minimum production status and accept it before moving on. Any worker who does not meet the minimum production status has the right to be fired or have any punishment inflicted upon them by the company’s owner, who made the minimum production status.
