Amendment 4:

Any document approved by both signing parties, if both parties understand and comprehend the full information and requirements given by any piece of document or verbal promising are required to, in full effort, fulfill the details shown in the specific piece to the literal meaning, with the minimum punishment being shown in the document in case legal action is to be taken in result of the breaking of the required terms provided. In a case where the minimum punishment or punishment is NOT provided then a judge, if found guilty of breaking terms of contract by the randomly selected jury, will be in charge of punishment served to the breaker of contract. Required details of a signed or agreed contract or verbal discussion are to be lawful and in no way break any laws, where if terms provided are not lawful in any country the contract or agreement if voided and as such holds no legal power in court of rightful law.
