Mr. Vincent robs bank

This morning at 3:00am Mr. Vincent broke in and stole over 20 cents worth of pennies! officials are very disappointed in him and his grammar. A quote from a bank teller says “he stole more than I’m paid!!” The fugitive is still on the lose and is rumored to strike again and to steal less then 10 cents!!
